Payment terms and conditions, cancellations

 For our Advance Booking rates you must book at least 14 days earlier than the date of the service. A payment of 10% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

In case of dive courses a deposit of 100 USD is necessary.

The full price must be payed before the start of services in all cases.

Cancellation by our Guest (regardless of reason, including also for health reasons) should be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the start of services, in case this is not communicated in time, loss of the entire advance sum as deposit will be applied.

In case of cancellation of an Advance Booking reservation no deposit will be returned.

Cancellations with regard to weather or unfavourable conditions are decided and implemented only by DiveTime Zanzibar.

Cancelled dives or other services by the dive center will be fully refunded, excluding any credit card fees.
